Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change and you may need to amend / cancel your booking with us, we just ask that you try and give us as much notice as possible.
We will always try to re-schedule parties to another date, however if this isn't possible and the event has to be cancelled, you will forfeit the £50 non-refundable deposit. We may not be able to assist with all change requests to existing bookings for various reasons such as a change in monetry value. If we cannot accept your request to change, we are within our rights to cancel the booking.

If cancellation is more than 7 days before the event and payment has been made in advance, the amount (minus the deposit) will be refunded back to the hirer.

If cancelled within less than 7 days of the party date, the hirer will also be responsibly for paying the remaining balance. Likewise if payment is recieved and the party is cancelled within less than 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
